Privacy & Safety

  • If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to assist! The customer is responsible for shipping charges if there isn’t a problem with the product. We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact KCD directly and determine the most efficient method to complete this process.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must  be returned in original packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • 90 Day limit on exchanges for defective and damaged products only.  Contact us with questions. 

We appreciate your business and we pledge to honor your privacy. We will not share any of your information with anyone else. We will not give your bank or credit card information, or even your name or address, to anyone. We will not put your name on a list and/or sell it to someone. We will not verbally tell anyone that you purchased our product. We will only use your information to process the transaction(s)  to conduct business with King Crow Distribution.

  • Expedited shipping as well as overseas shipping are options that are always available, and will be negotiated with KCD before or at time of purchase, including shipping to Canada
