If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to assist! The customer is responsible for shipping charges if there isn’t a problem with the product. We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact KCD directly and determine the most efficient method to complete this process.
